Modifying sntp timezone

Describe how to modify the local timezone.

Command: config sntp timezone<timezone>

Note: as to the abbreviation of timezone, please refer to the Appendix-B, the

SNTP timezone Abbreviation.

Example: config local time zone as NZT, New Zealand.

Example: This example shows how the user changes his own password.
